Rocksoft provides web hosting and Internet‑related services that allow subscribers and their users to access, publish, and distribute a wide range of information. While Rocksoft supports the open nature of the Internet, it must also safeguard its network, reputation, and customers’ interests. This Terms of Service (“TOS”) outlines the rights, responsibilities, and acceptable use requirements for all subscribers.
Rocksoft may update this TOS periodically.
Rocksoft does not monitor or verify the accuracy of information obtained from the Internet. Subscribers must exercise judgment when accessing online content, which may include offensive or inappropriate material.
Subscribers are fully responsible for the content they publish and may be liable for copyright infringement, defamation, or other unlawful activities.
Subscribers, their customers, and affiliates may not engage in any activity that harms Rocksoft’s network, reputation, or other users. Prohibited actions include:
Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or maintaining an open SMTP relay. Offending accounts may be suspended immediately.
Streaming that consumes excessive server resources is not allowed on shared or reseller hosting.
Hosting or distributing adult-oriented material is strictly prohibited.
Files exceeding 250MB intended solely for download distribution (e.g., ISO, EXE, audio/video files) are not permitted.
Hosting or transmitting obscene content or child pornography is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
Posting or transmitting defamatory, harassing, or threatening content.
Manipulating message headers to conceal the origin of communications.
Attempting to access or compromise other systems, including port scanning or similar reconnaissance.
Distributing viruses, worms, Trojans, or engaging in flooding, mailbombing, or denial‑of‑service attacks.
Providing tools, software, or services intended to violate this TOS.
Including but not limited to fraud, credit‑card abuse, pyramid schemes, or software piracy.
Any activity—legal or illegal—that Rocksoft determines harmful to its operations or customers.
Rocksoft may take corrective actions when violations occur, including removing content, suspending accounts, blocking access, or implementing filtering measures.
Subscribers offering services to third parties must cooperate with Rocksoft in resolving violations.
Rocksoft does not intentionally monitor private email unless required by law or necessary for system protection. However, operational monitoring may occur to ensure service quality. Rocksoft may disclose subscriber information when required by legal authorities or to protect its network.
Rocksoft will never sell subscriber information.
Subscribers agree to indemnify Rocksoft against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from violations of this TOS or applicable laws.
Rocksoft provides refunds only in accordance with the conditions below. All refund requests must be submitted to the billing department.
Refunds may be granted for:
Hosting services cancelled within the initial 30‑days satisfaction period (if applicable to the plan).
Situations where Rocksoft fails to deliver the purchased service due to internal technical issues.
The following are strictly non‑refundable:
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, restoration.
SSL certificates
Setup fees
Services terminated due to TOS violations
Payments made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
Promotional or discounted services
Cloud Server
Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, spamming, illegal activity, or any TOS violation are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Rocksoft strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Client's will be respsonsible to ensure their assets such as Domain Name & Data rem
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocksoft shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Loss of revenue, business oppurtunities, or profits
Business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Rocksoft’s total liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the subscriber for the service during the preceding 12 months.
Rocksoft is not responsible for damages caused by:
Internet outages
Third‑party attacks
Subscriber misuse
Customer‑generated content
Subscribers are fully responsible for ensuring that their domain names, hosting subscriptions, and stored data remain active, valid, and in good standing at all times. Rocksoft does not guarantee service continuity for expired/loss domains, suspended accounts, or lapsed subscriptions.
Subscribers must also ensure that their data is properly backed up using Rocksoft’s provided infrastructure or their own backup solutions. While Rocksoft may offer backup tools or automated backup services, the ultimate responsibility for safeguarding data rests with the subscriber.
Rocksoft shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or domain‑related failures resulting from:
Expired or non‑renewed domain names
Incidental loss of domain names
Lapsed hosting or service subscriptions
Customer‑initiated deletions or misconfigurations
Failure to maintain adequate backups
DNS changes or domain transfer issues caused by the subscriber
Continued use of Rocksoft services indicates the subscriber’s agree and acknowlegde responsibilities to monitor and ensure their domain name and data status from time to time.
Rocksoft guarantees a monthly service uptime of 99.9% for all hosting services. This uptime percentage excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and circumstances beyond Rocksoft’s reasonable control (including but not limited to network carrier failures, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or customer‑caused issues).
If the monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, subscribers may request a service credit. The credit amount is calculated based on the total downtime experienced within the affected billing cycle.
Service credits may only be requested once a year for the same service and credits will be issued as an extension of the subscriber’s active hosting term, based on the following schedule:

Complaints regarding TOS violations may be sent to net.abuse@rocksoft.net.
By using Rocksoft’s services, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms of Service, including all policies, restrictions, and conditions contained herein.
If a subscriber does not agree with any part of this TOS, they are kindly advised to stop from purchasing, discontinue the use of Rocksoft’s services and request account closure. Continued use of any Rocksoft service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms, including future revisions and updates of this agreement.
Rocksoft values all customers, but the company must ensure a safe, stable, and compliant environment for every user. Therefore, remaining as a Rocksoft client signifies agreement to abide by these terms in their entirety.
